Through traditions like pamamanhikan (formal meeting of the groom's family with the bride's family) and harana (serenade), Filipino culture emphasizes the deep respect and admiration for mothers, fostering a sense of closeness and reverence that transcends g enerations.

Day of Valor is a solemn occasion dedicated to recognizing the remarkable valor of Filipino fighters during World War II. Their unwavering bravery and selflessness in the face of adversity symbolize the spirit of resilience that defines the Filipino people. On this day, we pay tribute to their sacrifices and honor their enduring legacy, which continues to inspire future generations. It serves as a poignant reminder of the price of freedom and the importance of standing up for what is right, even in the darkest of times. Through commemorating this day, we ensure that their heroic deeds are never forgotten and their contributions to our nation's history are always remembered with gratitude and reverence.

Valentines Celebration, it is a popular celebration for all of many countries around the world. It is a day when people express their affection for one another, typically through gestures such as giving flowers chocolates, or other gifts that is given to their loved ones. as we start our day inside our school we prepared everything for us to celebrate Valentine's Day with our beloved adviser, we gifted her flowers chocolates, and more gifts that we can give to our beloved adviser. after that we played some music's, about love music's and enjoyed it and the rest of the time we spent the quality time together. Valentine's is a Day to celebrate love and affection and many people celebrate it in their own way of their cultural traditions.                                    

 3 nd quarter is the challenging quarter I had so far. I manage to get through it , even though it exhausts me. learning is not always simple, you can make it simpler. For me, some of the subject were simply hard but easy at the same time. It's difficult for me to learn those lessons at times, but I try. I tackle the task in the same manner and what I have to do is being positive and neglect the negative though.  I'll try to continue to work in my studies and try to perform better in the classroom going forward. In the approaching fourth quarter, I'll try to give it my all and continue working toward the goals I want to achieve in the future. 

Ilocos Sur National Hignschool Day Celebration,in March 8,2024 Highschool's 122nd's celebration is by far the best celebration inside the Ilocos Sur National Highschool, all of us had fun and entertained, by watching the dances being celebrated, and having a parade roaming around vigan, as time passes by separated garde students like Grade 10,9,8,7 Boys and Girls Category presented their practised dance. after that the grade students are being ranked in their placement as a result the grade 10 is the champion in boys and the champion for the girls is the Garde 9. New memories was created again by this marvelous, fun, and entertaining celebration day!
